Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave your room by 10:00 am.

Indeed! Instructions for online Check-In will be sent to you in the booking confirmation email. Thanks to the Online Check-In you can avoid any waiting time at the reception for your data registration.

The Stella has two large parkings to accommodate cars and buses. In addition, covered parking spaces for motorcycles are available upon reservation.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00. Our restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00.

The hotel has two charging points for electric cars. Upon arrival, please ask at the reception desk to enable the charging point.

The ``Bed & Breakfast`` rate includes overnight stay and breakfast. The ``Half Board`` rate includes overnight stay, breakfast and dinner with menu of the day. The menu of the day offers a choice between two first and two main courses and includes a dessert. Drinks are always excluded. All rates include free access to the wellness centre and unlimited use of WiFi internet.

Unfortunately, access to the facility by animals is not permitted.

The wellness centre is open from 15:00 to 19:00. It is forbidden to enter the centre with shoes and to swim in the pool without a swimming cap. Minors are allowed only if accompanied by an adult.

All the paid services can be charged to the room and paid for at the time of departure (bar, drinks or à la carte dishes at the restaurant, swim cap or bathrobes for the pool, mountain bike and snowshoe rental, etc.). The balance and the list of charges can be requested at any time at reception or displayed on the hotel app, which can be downloaded from the link sent to you by email at the time of booking.

The city of Bolzano is 34 km away and can be reached by car over the Mendola Pass in about 45 minutes. Merano is 42 km away and can be reached via the Palade Pass in about 50 minutes. Trento is 50 km away and can be reached in about 45 minutes.

The Mendola Pass ski area can be reached in only 5 minutes by car from the hotel and offers slopes for beginners and snow parks for children and families. The Predaia ski lifts can be reached in 30 minutes by car and offer more slopes for more experienced skiers. Moreover, from Ronzone you can reach in less than an hour the ski resorts of Andalo/Fai della Paganella, Val d'Ultimo, Obereggen and Merano 2000.

Our hotel is an excellent starting point for snowshoeing in the Mendola forests. In the nearby locality Regole, cross-country skiers will find a centre with 12 km of slopes. In the cross-country skiing village, the Ice Skating Arena is open all year round. On request, Coflari di Ruffrè Ranch organises horse-drawn sleigh rides. For water sports lovers, Acqualido di Ronzone offers a brand new indoor swimming pool and activities for children.

In addition to the many paths for walking and trekking in the forests of the Mendola and the surrounding mountains, Ronzone offers a sports centre in a panoramic position with completely renovated football, five-a-side football and basketball fields. The Acqualido swimming pool is perfect for swimming and sunbathing with panoramic views of the Brenta Dolomites. Tennis fans can play on indoor or outdoor courts of the Cavareno Tennis Centre, while golfers can enjoy the 18 golf holes of the exclusive Dolomiti Golf Club just 3 km from the hotel. On Lake Santa Giustina it is possible to visit the gorges of the Rio Novella canyon by kayak, which can also be visited on foot from the village of Fondo on a guided tour. With mountain bikes that can be rented in the hotel you can cycle along the cycle paths of Alta Val di Non and Sissipromenade.

Ask at the reception to rent mountain bikes and snowshoes. Ski equipment rental is available at the nearby ``Bottega`` in Ronzone.
